Order processing times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship to:
• Canada
• United States
If your shipping address is outside these countries, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your request.
Where orders ship from
All Forge & Line products are shipped directly from our production partners in China. This allows us to offer fresh designs without holding large amounts of inventory.
Shipping methods, rates & delivery times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. We use tracked international services from our partners’ warehouses in China. Typical delivery timeframes after dispatch are:
• Canada (standard international shipping): usually 7–10 business days, up to 12 business days in some cases
• USA (standard international shipping): usually 7–10 business days, up to 12 business days in some cases
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package’s progress from China to your door. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the label is created.
Customs, duties & taxes
International shipments from China may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees charged by your local customs office. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
Incorrect addresses & refused packages
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or refusal, we can reship it to a corrected address; additional shipping charges will apply.
Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please first:
1. Check with household members and neighbors.
2. Look around your property and any safe‑drop locations.
3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
If you’re still unable to locate the package, reach out to us at your support email and we’ll do our best to help investigate. While we can’t guarantee replacements for orders marked as delivered, we’ll review each situation case by case.
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframes above, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to get an update.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email your support email within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damage to the product and packaging
Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or another solution for you according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
