Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Our products ship directly from our production partners overseas, which allows us to offer unique made-to-order designs without holding excess inventory.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at forgeandlineco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering mistakes. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will review the issue and work with you on a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
